Homelessness/Rooflessness
There are 20,000 people experiencing homelessness in Queensland, the reasons vary from person to person. It begs the questions, why? The stigma around homelessness is detrimental to the cause and often stops the community from lending a hand. Homelessness as a definition is still widely debated, a general consensus is that someone without shelter or living in inadequate shelter, is homeless or roofless. We need your help to end homelessness, it can be as simple as having a chat to someone on the street. Don’t walk past, Stop, Smile and Ask.
